Traveling and concerned about losing progress, either we can plan a "travel exercise routine" into your workout before you depart, or simply send me photos of the equipment you will have at your destination and we can cater your weekly workouts around the specific equipment you have near you so that you don't miss out on any of the fun or planned weekly workout progressions!
